The Steamer
The Steamer is the most versatile longboard in my range of boards. I created this board to serve as a performance longboard well balanced for turns and noseriding. The design was spawned while I was surfing the sweeping, yet soft pointbreaks of Santa Cruz. The board was first ridden with great response at Steamer Lane, hence the name of the model. Featuring a rounded pin tail, blended nose concave, and a down rail with edge in the tail. This is a great all around longboard that excels in surf from knee high to overhead from beachbreaks to points.

The rounded pintail gives the Steamer added control through turns and allows it to hold nicely in steeper waves. Although it is by no means a dedicated noserider, it features a subtle concave in the nose that provides enough lift to ride the nose when the wave calls for it. The bottom features a vee from the center point through the tail providing continuous drive and projection through turns.

This Steamer serves as an excellent longboard for beachbreaks and sweeping points.
